Shipping

All orders for in-stock products are shipped within 2-4 business days, with the exception of orders placed during holidays and UPS Next Day Air® orders.

Holiday orders will be treated as received the first business day following the holiday. UPS Next Day Air® orders for in-stock products placed Mon-Fri by 10 am PST ship same day. UPS Next Day Air® orders placed after 10 am PST ship on the next business day.

All orders shipped outside the United States will be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes, which the customer will pay.

Please note: FedEx International Priority is not an overnight service and is 1 - 3 business days transit time to Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, but it may take longer depending on customs clearance or delay due to weather and holidays.

Returns

Returns/Refunds are allowed within 14 days after the customer receives their order. Replacements are allowed during the entirety of the warranty period. The Socket Mobile Store reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective unit. Repair or replacement orders within our return policy will be shipped back to the customer using the same shipping method as the original order at no cost to the customer. Return for refund shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Should the customer request any other means of shipping involving additional charges, the customer will be responsible and billed for those charges. Shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer for the initial shipment and the return shipment of all non-functioning merchandise.

ALL returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item's price. All items must be returned with all original manufacturer's packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. In addition to the restocking fee, the customer will be charged the cost of replacement for any articles missing from the original manufacturer’s packaging. If the unit has been damaged and is not resalable, no refund will be given. Freight amounts are non-refundable.

The Socket Store does not guarantee the compatibility of any merchandise we sell. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the compatibility of any products we sell prior to purchasing.

All products are sold with the full manufacturer's limited warranty, which applies from the date of purchase. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of any manufacturer's warranties.

Refurbished, special order, and clearance items may be returned for replacement only; no refunds will be permitted. Service and Customized Charges are non-refundable. Socket Store is not responsible for typographical errors.

Refunds

All physical product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) marked clearly on the return shipping label. To request a refund for physical products purchased online, please submit a return request at socketstoreau@socketmobile.com. Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card statement. If your refund does not appear within two weeks from the date it was issued, please check with your bank.
