Verify

Verify the eligibility of your old Socket Mobile barcode or contactless readers.

Purchase

Purchase your desired new products from the Socket Mobile store.

Return

Return your old units within 60 days to receive your trade-in refund.

Recycling center

Instructions on how to return your old products will be emailed 72 hours after placing your order.

1. Any Socket Mobile barcode or contactless reader under 10 years old, regardless of working condition, is eligible for trade-in/upgrade.
2. New products must be purchased via our official Socket Stores at full MSRP/RRP. Current MSRP/RRP pricing is correct, as seen on each regional Socket Store.
3. For the trade-in rebate to be issued, your old product must be received at the designated returns address within 60 days of new product delivery. Return instructions will be sent separately via email after your trade-in/upgrade purchase.
4. You, the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs when returning the old product. We strongly recommend the use of a fully tracked and traceable method of shipping, as Socket Mobile cannot be held responsible for any missing products.
5. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of an old Socket Mobile product. Depending on your payment provider's processing time, it may take longer for the credit to show on your account.
