Customization criteria:
Minimum Order Commitment (MOC): 1,000 units within a 12-month period.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 250 units per delivery.
NRE: Non-refundable and must be received prior to the start of project. The NRE includes 2 samples (per SKU for signoff/approval.)
- Lead time:
- 8 weeks for custom logo only.
- 13 to 15 weeks for custom color and logo (includes the color, logo approval cycle, and product assembly.)
Warranty: 1-year standard limited warranty. If the custom case has to be replaced due to damage, it will be replaced with a standard Socket Mobile case. Used products are non-returnable/non-refundable. Standard warranty applies.
- Return/Restocking Fee:
- 15% of purchased price.
- If new (unused) units are returned within 90 days, 15% of product price (standard industry practice) will be charged to cover the labor and cost of changing out the top case and restocking.
